Spellarium 4

Your favorite wizard is back but this could be the final adventure. You see, Eric has spent the last 400 years in service to the Gods, but his time is running out and the Gods don’t seem interested in prolonging his life! Join your favorite wizard on his quest to grow the Tree of Life and, with the right help, maybe he can find some magic to extend his years.

Try the demo, but really I think its fabulous! This old brain doesn't like to work too hard. I played the trial version for about 5 minutes, just to make sure it played okay on my computer even though I've never had any problems with this series in the past. The object of each level is to remove all coins, but in order to do so, you will need to make several Match 5's to receive Rockets that will go after targeted coins that are located on the outside area of the board! Lava blocks that can only be destroyed by matching over its' source, likewise for the green mass plus gold drops, explosive liquid drops, keys to locks For added variety the match 3 games are interspersed with Solitaire and Find the Difference. Another very important aspect is that you be able to move tiles while others are still falling. It has good graphics, nice Music and a lot of Gimmicks. Thumbs up! I could be wrong about this. Sometimes there is more than 1 Stump and you'll need to figure out which stump to remove first because one stump may be holding up stones that will fall and create a blockage if it's removed first. Often the goals are to collect a certain number of a particular token to clear parts of the board, but also sometimes if you gather them all too early they are the thing that brings the dropping rocks down, adding quite a lot of strategy to what you do. Except I am pretty sure they drop one in randomly if you have failed at a level several times because they don't want you to fail too many times. I just keep playing.

The one thing I really do NOT like is that you can't make a five- or six-combo by causing the tiles to fall into place - you have to place them in a five- or six- configuration yourself. 2. And while it is true that this game is very similar to the Laruaville games, even down to the card game and the "spot the difference" scenes, this is not a negative to those of us who love Laruaville. Once this game was ONLY about coins, NOW there are coloured tiles you must clear and sometimes that takes quite a few matches over them which can actually get your adrenaline going hoping each one is the last lol.

I can skip the mini games unless I feel like doing them. Another very important aspect is that you be able to move tiles while others are still falling.

  6. Please keep these game coming - I will never tire of them. There are only a few "instant buy" games out there for me and Spellarium is definitely one of them. I am loving this one for covering all the criteria, sound, looks, smooth game play and skill. Try it: you'll see how distinctive the tiles are, and how quickly you'll get addicted to what appears to be another fantastic game! There are Stumps that contains pictures and a number.

  7. I would have wished for the storyline that the graphics were more like in the laruaville games, it is a bit boring to see the same figure again and again telling us, that we still have to do stuff, but that's about the only complaint i have. 12. Theres only about levels, which isn't huge, but there are the skippable mini games that pad it out to a decent time for an SE. Playable in Relaxed, Timed or my preference Limited Moves it pays to read the field first before committing to that first move. Offering so many different aspects to the game-play I never become bored and can replay this to my hearts content. I don't care for that.
