Scraping the floor where it looks pretty much like the rest of the floor to the point where a big chunk comes out and reveals an object underneath was one of them. I used the hint a lot, and had to go to the guide twice. I've played thousand of games maybe more. I'd rate it 3. They had mini games inside them, or else you had repair the objects you found before you could collect them. Bits of music were nice, but it could turn weirdly atonal or orchestrally overblown apparently without reason. It was still fun, though. I ended up setting the hint at 15 seconds and just kept on clicking it. This review is based upon the demo period only because I am not sure whether I am going to buy the CE. You are still a detective, with a new - and still useless - partner. The Mini Games aren't really new, but enjoyable, such as turning three rings to align pathways from an animal token in the middle to the matching token on the outside, and this process is repeated until all 4 animal tokens have been completed one at a time. There is also my favorite, the souvenir room, plus a bubble shooter and the other normal extras. You soon learn about your evidence kit and how to question the carnival suspects.
