The Beast of Lycan Isle

Luna has been summoned by Tara, her best friend, to an ancient village on a remote island. Tara needs Luna's expertise on a newly unearthed artifact that might prove the existence of the legendary cult of the Madra Alta or Wolf Man. But when she arrives the locals are acting very strangely, her friend has disappeared, and terrible clues reveal a situation beyond her worst nightmare. She must rely on her fearless wit and trusted allies to find her friend. She must dig deep into the instincts and courage of her own inner animal to defeat the Wolf King himself.

The werewolf being a character instead of just the hulking menace added to it a lot for me also. The story was a little strange with a few holes but nothing to really make you disappointed with the game itself. The best part is definitely the story line. The story line pulls you along, and the voiceovers are very good. Good graphics, exellent story and hidden objects that were objects, not just words of objects you had to find. I recommend this game, and the bonus game where you can collect disippated items from the museum which I really enjoyed doing. A lot of effort seems to have gone into developing this game, making it all the more interesting for the player.

However, the further you progress, the more linear the game becomes, and so this gets to be less of a problem for later levels. Even in the "dark" scenes, I could easily see items that I was searching for. It had a really good premise that could have been much more challenging. Sounds are excellent and gives you that somewhat "adventurer" feeling. So for that reason it got a three from me. Though it's very easy to play and finish the game, it still excites you and leaves you in wonder. For example, at several points on the journey, you will need to look for your glasses through blurry scenes before you can see normally again. Overall it is a pretty good game. I loved the bonus content, even unusual things such as the extras deleted scenes, artwork etc being an integral part of the game rather than a credits or menu item. It has it all. I liked the variation of HO by finding objects to fit into outlines.

I like a challenge, but this game is both not challenging enough and too challenging at the same time. I thought they would never finally release it. They run from fairly easy to moderately difficult with a bit of patience being required for some of the more difficult ones. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by aleta59 from NO HOS--seek and find adventure Great storyline: Luna's friend disappears, taken by a werewolf, and you have to find her. The game boasts a small cast of creepy characters, who are all excellently voiced and brought to life with stunning 3D models and fluid animations. Much better than the "filmstrip-style" story telling of most adventure-hidden object games. Click here to go to our help pages or to contact our Customer Support team instead. The voice overs were great, the artwork creative, the mini-games fun There are better games like this out there, that you can get for free with FunPass. For example The Abyss? Puzzles are easy to moderate difficulty. This was a worthwhile purchase for me - no regrets at all. At Lycam a bit please. Rated 5 out of 5 by seaotter91 from Rare kind of game! There is a lot of walking around but it is usually indicates where you need to go. The ending made me believe there will be a sequel. I don't get it? It does require you to revisit every part The Three Musketeers: Queen Annes Diamonds the island, so there is quite a bit of trudging around to do. In addition, items that can be used at your current location will be highlighted in blue, which saves a lot of time. Good graphics, exellent story and hidden objects that were objects, not just words of objects you had ov find. The story line pulls you along, and the voiceovers are very good. Overall, This game is worth buying and would make you crave for more once it is over. Oh, and did I mention that the giant werewolf goes hot in your wake for most of this time? This is one of the best point-and-click games I've ever played. The hint button will tell you where you need to go or what you need to do, but it won't tell you how to get there-you have to figure that out on your own. I had to skip a couple, I don't have a lot of patience figuring them out, but there were others that were really fun and not too hard. The story was a little strange with a few holes but nothing to really make you disappointed with the game itself. I liked the variation of HO by finding objects to fit into outlines. I loved looking for clues to my friend Tara and working out how to best use the map and the hints which are kind of riddles rather than concrete indicators - great! The graphics are superb, clear and intricate illustrations that ooze with Dream Cars. There are a LOT of scenes to have to click through when you have to go from one end of the island to the other. Voice overs could have been better but the graphics were og and the puzzels challenging enough to keep me working at it. I found it a very interesting and absorbing game and one of Ljcan better games on offer. Be the first to write a forum post about this game! And, yes,?
