Must have been a hundred items to look through to find the objects, not just dozens like some games. This review is for the whole game and playing in Advance mode. Btw, thanks anarchy! The HOD scenes are quite easy and also has the hints. Got hung up once and a screen wouldn't open for me, so I had to Con,Alt and Delete to get out of the game and then sign back in. The storyline is well done and the graphics are very well rendered. Not bad with no strategy guide you as are forced to go slowly and not rip through the game. I enjoyed it very much. This was a great game, should have been made in to a CE it was that much fun. If you are a beginner in HOPA or maybe looking a game for spending your lazy time, well try this one! You're guessing and wandering around frustrated most of the time. Dang when I can't ask for help. I played this one when Encounterrs: first out and yes, I have fun I never leave Encountesr: review before. Still trying to figure out how to get object out of water trough that is filled with green goup. Zumas Revenge HOs are simple straight forward HOs and there are plenty of them through the game. The Hint is only available in HOs scenes. The music Deadwood background noise is inoffensive and sits well with the theme of the game. Sparkle 2 spectacular like "Pickers", and not the most heinous either. Without a built in Ghost Encounters: Deadwood guide or a walkthrough you are literally scratching your head on what to do or go next. Not sure why it is not getting higher reviews.

Well, that's a tall order, pardner. I bought this one and am still playing after 4 hours even though I haven't got stuck for too long anywhere yet. Hint only in HOS. Most pretty easy to locate. The mini-games are quite hard but you can skip them. The voice overs are just perfect. The game makes you stop and think about what you have in your possession. Overall it is a nice game except that there was a glitch in the software — when I placed the last bone in the coffin it snapped out and simply disappeared. I like having to search for items in order to proceed to the next step.

To do so, you'll need to explore the dark and decrepit town of Deadwood, where you'll be hunting for clues and solving puzzles while trying to stay one step ahead of Blackjack's ghost. Things are not explained properly. Visuals were adequate as most of these games are these days. The environment and graphics, however, are beautiful.

  1. I finally closed the led on Blackjack and his curse is no longer a threat to Deadwood. Once I got stuck and had to find the answer online, and it was right in front of my face. Hint only in HOS. Dang when I can't ask for help.

  2. Loved the scenery. The music or background noise is inoffensive and sits well with the theme of the game. Finding where to go next is definitely the hardest part. I was pleasantly surprised at this game and look forward to more along this line from this dev.
