France, 15th Century... Michel de Nostradamus, Europe's most famous prophet, receives a strange letter from his old friend, Gregory, begging him to come see him as fast as he can. Once he arrives, Nostradamus discovers that a spell has been cast over his friend's home by evil spirits. After performing an alchemistic ritual to free the home from the evil spell, Nostradamus has a vision that four horsemen will come to wreak havoc on Earth. Wars, famine, plagues and many other catastrophes will be the fruits of these Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Willing to do whatever it takes to prevent this apocalyptic vision from coming true, Nostradamus wages a desperate battle against the forces of evil!
There are no bright shiny colors with cute animals or assistants. Use your own judgement. God Bless Yes, the game had dark scenes I had no problem with any part of it. Next time can we lure and remove any creatures instead of bludgeoning them? Even the storyline has some merit. Sometimes I think we just have to take a chance. Nope not my cup of tea. You have to keep clicking, swing your mouse around, and the whole thing swings around. I would like this game better if it was upgraded to more current but I still like most of the old school games because they are more challenging and not as cutesy and fluffy which it seems they have become. First 4 chapters contained 9 HOPS.

I played the game in it's entirety and found it most entertaining. The puzzles are easy to medium. Wordlist and silhouettes, occur as more than 1 wordlist at a time. Tye does every game have to be shining under a huge spotlight? I wonder if Noostradamus: is the developers first game? They were skippable, too. Once he arrives there are many areas to search, tasks to perform and ingredients to mix for potions. You'll explore a dark, wooded, foreboding forest, barren and dry make sure you set computer brightness to max here!! Next time can we lure Alices Magical Mahjong remove any creatures instead of bludgeoning them?
I wonder if this is the developers first game? Nope not my cup of tea. They were not extremely small to me and nothing was grainy or foggy or out of focus or anything like that on my computer. Overall, a good game and a wonderful usage of a "free game" code. I don't feel it is fair, even if my opinion of this game puts me alone or in the minority. I say try it for yourself and plan on using the hint button! I liked that feature And why jump to unfair conclusions, because a couple of things just aren't appealing? For me, it's all downhill after that. The graphics are terrific, kudos to the artist. The inventory items were quite small. Although the first chapter does start off dark,, the remaining chapters are NOT dark. God Bless

However Nostraadamus: the plus side. So, my overall thoughts on this game are The scenes were kind of dark but they posed no problem for me and I only used the hint once. The 2 characters in the demo looked good. You don't even know what you've a acquired until the pop-up tells you, and if the item is Nodtradamus: than a piece of charcoal, you have to rely on the caption to Horxeman you what you have in Sparkle Unleashed.
