I believe it's all in what you are looking for. Possibly only an issue for iPad version but very frustrating. I had to open the walkthrough to find the first area was not as pictured: the stone slab did not have an image to copy and the statue base did not have the candlestick, angel nor inset. The Hidden Object Scenes are varied with the usual types of scenes, Interactive List finds, Interactive Silhouetted Shape finds, Multiples of a single item finds and finding items in Bold print during a background story, either as is or interactively. However, the story was thoughtful and I liked the separate but connected adventures that were used. LOL As always, try the game for yourself to see if you enjoy it. Hints: Excellent. However, the puzzles are worse. There are still collectibles of different time devices, but only a mere I remember when most of the game was quiet. I guess that's the good thing about having a bad memory! Puzzles and HO's were good. I also like the way they change out the HOG's and try to make it different, hoping those that don't like HOG's will enjoy the game more. This is the third time I am starting this game.

Excellent variety that continued to entertain. We all have our favorite type of HOG's and mine happens to be spooky, scary, themed games. I remember when most of the game was quiet. But for the rest of us, the game just feels like another recycled project from ERS-G. The graphics are clear, the artwork is very appealing and the visual effects are stunning — if only the theme of the locations could be more different from those in the previous seven installments. Graphics were gorgeous, story was exciting, and the game was really a lot of fun. Not their best game but this was a very good game.

Not sure if there is much more. However, the puzzles are worse. Mini games and HOPs could have been a little more challenging but were fun. Not their best game but this was a very good game. This is the third time I am starting this game. I have all of them and have played most. The graphics were wonderful and the mini-games were very challenging. In this series:. The Bonus game is a prelude of sorts to the main game but provides answers to left over questions you have once the main game has concluded. For the eighth time, you are stuck in a creepy cemetery and you need to travel into the past and unleash the restless spirits in order to free yourself.
