The puzzles are usually one or two steps long, never forcing you to carry around inventory items wondering what the heck that bolt cutter will be used for down the road. Click on the treasure room door back of the armoury. I did resort to the help button a few times, to find where on earth I should try played on hard mode. Most of the puzzles are focused on finding the right items to open new areas, such as spotting a missing stone from a brick wall, placing it in the slot, and watching as everything moves aside to reveal another room. Click on the right pews. Find all the object fragments. Fantastic artist team. Some of them consisted of getting the gears to go, getting gems to the opposite side of each other, moving green and red gems to their right place in 7 moves; rotating disks and colours and so much more. Click on the joints to get used to how they affect each other. That's very much a your mileage may vary, though, and again the music was top-notch.

Talk to Anne Pelois. Beautiful scenery. Click on the treasure room door back of the armoury. There is good colour, especially outside the castle, and very easy on the eye. Click on the locked box. I played casual and it was a long game, definitely, challenging at times, but the Hint was helpful and recharged quite quick, and the mini-games skippable. Click on the frame on the table. Fairly Twisted Tales: The Price of a Rose digs itself deep into fairy tale territory with a darker, more intricate spin on Beauty and the Beast. I didn't like some of the background noise, but I'm very sensitive to sound, so mute was my friend, which is a pity because the music was very good and really drew you in further to the game. The hidden object games were straightforward and fragmented find pieces to make it whole.

Click on the window above the altar. I find the graphics clear, the colours vibrant, and the voiceovers are top-notch. Enter the treasure room. I played them all and loved them. Click on the door. Enter the treasure room. A MOP is added to your inventory. Swap the red and blue gems in seven moves. Put the berry mixture 3 into the pie filling 5. Talk to the child. Click on the tent to start a hidden object hunt. Overall, I recommend this game heartily, and like I said, it does start a bit slow but give it a chance and you'll fall in love much like Bella! A mini-puzzle starts.
