Use all the weapons from od inventory on their correct locations on the wall. Back in the main part of the room, click on the hidden object area over The Far Kingdoms: Elements small table to the left of the fireplace. Upon completing the area, a new list of objects to be found will appear. When you reach the bridge, wait for the entire structure to appear before crossing. Remember - It gets off to a slow start, so the trial may give you a wrong impression of the game. Upon completing the area, the LAMP will be added to your inventory. Watch it right through the short credits, doesn't take much time. Take a closer look at the gap beneath the front corner of the wooden platform. Cellar Click on the Hospital Manager to add a list of items to be found to your objectives. Click on the 2 DARTS to collect them, then take a closer look at the knight on Timf: right to collect the rest. Sculpting Area Take a closer look at the glowing symbol on the cabinet to trigger a puzzle. Examine the Labyrinth 2,4 and the and the Pond in the Garden 2,3 to trigger a need to find the time. The solution is shown below. These scenes were played differently than other games I have Amulet of Time: Shadow of la Rochelle and the novelty was a real treat. Proceed towards the door to the left.

Dungeon Click on the hidden object area over the skeleton in the right corner of the room. Take a closer look at the red portion of wall on the left. Chapter 8: The Dungeon Dungeon Click on the lamp hanging above and to the right of the door on the left for more information: you will need a stool. Upon completing the area, a new list of objects to be found will appear. You will need to Brain Games: Mahjongg 8 pieces of glass. Click on the Rochwlle object area over the dresser on the left.

Was not hard to remember where to find things. Use all the weapons from your inventory on their correct locations on the wall. There was almost no running back and forth between locations except for the multi-screen rooms you were in and I loved this. There weren't many mis-labeled items, but it was annoying. Cellar Click on the carriage to add a list of items to be found to your objectives. Go back down and take a closer look at the chess board. You will find yourself levitating over the floor and looking down. Nothing was blurred as in some games, it moved right along, the story line was easy to follow but interesting. Back in the main area, take a closer look at the telescope. This is my favorite game! Return to the Crossroads. The graphics were as good as I've seen on any of the 70 plus games I have. This game is beautiful!

Enter the Bedroom. Use the KEY on the door lock to open it, then proceed forward to the next area. I found it more enjoyable to have to search the rooms without hints not knowing whether it was the room itself or a new HO scene I needed to find. I am positive to play it again. Only one had me stumped on what to do. It was interesting, engrossing, the scenes were so realistic, especially the kitchen scenes. Go right to the Sculpting Area. Put the chess pieces in their places using the hint in the hall. Inventory Item s are circled in red. It is very entertaining, guides you threw the game and keeps your interest. Dungeon Click on the hidden object area over the skeleton in the right corner of the room. Even with the annoyance, I highly recommend this game. I enjoyed every minute.

The story is one of the deepest I've experienced with a lot of what I assume are real historical figures and an intriguing murder plot. This game is beautiful! Bedroom Take a closer look at the TV-like device sitting on the table. Sculpting Area Click on the chest next to the stairs for a closer view. Click on the red button to activate it and proceed to the next area. There is no map, but the back and forth was not tedious like in so many other games. Mini-puzzles were a little bit easier than optimum for me which means I could do all of them without much frustration and never skipped.

There is no widescreen option but I don't mind the black side bars. Back in the main part of the room, click on the hidden object area over the small table to the left of the fireplace.

  6. Stairs Proceed left to the Observatory. This game is beautiful! Click on the hidden object area over the box at the bottom-middle part of the screen.

Assemble the symbol by rotating its pieces. I personally love to play them more than once especially when they are as beautiful as these were.

  9. Upon completing the puzzle, click on the lens that appears over the painting. Click on the hidden object area that appears at the end of the carriage. Return to the Dungeon.

  10. Chapter The Tower Proceed forward to the tower. There is no map, but the back and forth was not tedious like in so many other games. Return to the Fencing Hall. Click on the hidden object area over the fireplace. I imagine the experience on Easy setting would be a lot different.

  12. Exit back to the main area. For example, a "tea service" actually turns out to be a teacup and saucer, a "knitting needle" is actually either a crochet hook or tatting hook. You will find yourself levitating over the floor and looking down. Return to the Dungeon.

  13. Click on the Unicorn, then note all the new items that appear on your objectives list. Inventory Item s are circled in red. Use each of the 8 GEARS on their correct location as determined by the shape in the middle of the gear and the peg on the door.
