It made it very difficult to play the game. Or instead of Arabic numbers on the grid, Roman numerals appear. If you like these types of games, you will love this. A unique twist on the usual and if you're a fan of this type of game, I highly recommend you give this Greatest City Mosaics a try. After solving several puzzles my mind began to wander, and I had to keep trying to focus on the puzzle, so I figured I was just distracted and I quit the game, determined to revisit it a little later. Not your typical mosaic game. The following day I tried again and realized they were really easy to solve and didn't require a lot of thought. The main feature of this series is that they take you to the World's Greatest Cities and tell you some interesting facts about the city you are visiting. Even if you don't normally play this type of game, give it a try, challenging and different. In some puzzles, instead of a flat color, flowers or soil may appear in each square. And I enjoyed the way the game kept switching up the style of play. I am not going into any detail about the game as another reviewer has provided that level of information.

After solving several puzzles my mind began to wander, and I had to keep trying to focus on the puzzle, so I figured I was just distracted and I quit the game, Sparkle 2 to revisit it a little later. I play Mosaics for relaxation, but at the same time, I still want a little bit of challenge, so my opinion of this game is just a personal preference and others may very well love it. When I found this one, I thought it needed a little more in the graphic portion, but I'd still give it a try. There are little differences to jog the player's complacency such as a labyrinth to be created and in order to finish the game, the player must move through the maze. Mystery Lands will fill in cells in a unique way, that create a scene such as a pond with a swimming turtle, a grassy area and even beautiful flowers. If you like these types of games, you will love this. I love this developer, and they put out a lot of mosaic games, but it's their Pixel Art games I wish they'd make more of. The grids are slightly different than the penguins with their multiple colors, but not enough to make a difference. This has to be the most interesting griddler around. I look for a new one every day on Big Fish. The music is relaxing and the colors are vibrant.

It is not just Grearest colours, but has textures such as grass, water, stones which create lovely animated scenes. The filled-in cells on some of the Mystery Lands and Labyrinth style mosaics are very similar and it can make it difficult at times to tell where one color left off and the other begins, and it's easy to make a mistake. By the time I finished the demo, I had no desire to purchase the game even though the demo ended mid-puzzle as usual. I love this developer, and they put out a lot of mosaic games, but it's their Pixel Art games I wish they'd make more of. Not your typical mosaic game. So unique! Labyrinth will form a maze where a ball is moved from point A to point B as tiles are filled in. I love playing this genre and was soooooo incredibly sad when the free trial expired.   8. When I played the demo, the first column was almost entirely covered with a brown strip. I was disappointed with one of the puzzles in the demo, was forced to either use hints or guess, but that was more than made up for by the enjoyment I had otherwise. In some puzzles, instead of a flat color, flowers or soil may appear in each square. While this doesn't effect the game play, it's just irritating.

Rome type grids are the same as the Multicolored type levels, but the numbers on the columns and rows are Roman Numerals, which could prove to be a bit of a challenge with larger numbers.
