A pirate's been executed, and the Baron takes a hostage to ensure you'll help him track down the treasure he left behind. Only it's not the plunder he's looking for... Based on the true story of a famous pirate, Sea of Lies: Mutiny of the Heart takes you on a rollicking adventure as you track down a pirate's treasure and find out what really happened between him and the Baroness.

However, in Sea of Lies — the developer has added some cool features to enhance the experience. Very logical gameplay. You now have to find where the treasure is and figure out how to get back to save Jimmy. The voice overs are easy to follow and are very clear. There are lots of interesting, beautifully done HOGs and it seems like an equal number of puzzles or mini-games. I think it was the mix of the two HOS types that contributed to the enjoyment. The main game ends with a small cliffhanger ending and should lasts around 3 hours for expert players.

At the Baron's estate, you see the Baroness sitting outside crying and she tells Medieval Defenders that she knew the Pirate and gives you a piece of a map and tells you not to tell the Baron about it.

Probably not, because the bonus chapter was somewhat disappointing. It's a definite buy for me. This was definitely fun. There are a lot of multiple copy items scattered throughout locations that you have to find before you can use them. The Bonus Chapter continues off that point but does not require to fully understand the story, it is very well done though. A story based on historical facts, that at times seems confused but is definitely intriguing. Sea of Lies is also extra-loaded, with the inclusion of Achievements, Collectibles and Behind-the-Scenes video as well as other typical bonuses. All of the puzzles are very amusing to play despite their main idea not being so original, the twists they have suit the theme well and are fun and not always easy to play. The achievements are not too interesting, almost all being fairly predictable. Some "plus" items are found that require further manipulation before they can be used. I found myself really into it and actually saying out loud "you jerk" actually I used a worse word but wont say it here when I was backstabbed haha. Have I missed anything?

As an SE, this is an incredibly good game and worth every cent! I could perhaps have been a bit more challenging but for me, the puzzles made sense and were less aggravating than most, the HO scenes we not difficult but had an extra twist and the story was great.

Engaging storyline, convincing characters effectively voice acted, evocative music appropriate to the pirate theme, and well-executed graphics in a realistic style.

I definetly recommend this game it is a nice stroll for expert players and a great game for new players etc All of the aspects are awesome crafted by talented people, the visuals are stunning and the storyline is excellent which is very hard to achieve these days.

Objects sometimes had to be combined to get a needed item to progress the game. Examining the necklace, it emits a strange light and you see an image of Cerberus on it and three recesses appear that need to be filled.
