  1. He showed up on time, but it literally took him 3 hours to install it. The experience with Weather Master was outstanding from end to end. The next available "priority" time slot was 7 days away! Highly disappointed!

  2. More than once they just didn't show up at all for an appointment. Are you kidding me? My first review of Weather Masters was not a good one.

  3. While the technician is very competent the policies of this company are not customer focused. I won't ever call them again!!! Dave Hocutt and the install crew couldn't have done a better job!   4. I didn't know that my service tech, Chico, was a liar. Biological growth sounds like mold to me, and why are we responsible for purchasing this uv light? I scheduled an appointment to replace my aging water heater for the following Tuesday morning. Totally unacceptable!!!
