The character has a good sense of humor, but I did mark the sound quality down a little in my rating because his voice isn't balanced with the music and background in general. There is one FROG. Based on Demo I gave this game 4 stars simply because of the back tracking over and over to find and use items. I feel the graphics are greatly improved from past games from this developer. Although we have seen them before they seemed a bit different and even a tad more difficult. I now hope to see more of this series in the future. The HOPS are much the same as we always see so there is nothing new but there is a bit of a catch with some of the HOP scenes so you will need to keep your eyes open.

As I moved forward I felt like I was part of the mystery and Ascendqnce there was more to the story of the missing tourist. Hector is a free lance demon hunter "extraordinaire". Where I had the most fun with the game is the Puzzles that for me were excellent. Morphing items are something I totally get into and Zumas Revenge here. Chase yet another Ascednance paranormal creature through a house filled with boring chores to do. You are the last hope Hector so get to work and delve into the Defense of Egypt and find that missing tourist. Happy gaming!


Mathematical puzzle. There are eight 8 wallpapers along with concept art, music selections and cutscenes from the game. Everywhere is crystal clear to see and to find the items you need. I feel the graphics are greatly improved from past games from this developer. I want to be absorbed in what is happening. Climb up a telephone pole by placing rungs in the proper location on a telephone pole while ascending. The background music didn't cause me to mute and the graphics were of a high standard. At least one of the items listed is a Morphing Object that needs to be chosen when it's in the correct form listed. As I moved forward I felt like I was part of the mystery and knew there was more to the story of the missing tourist. Ascendance is entertaining and held my interest throughout the game. It's definitely in the vibe of Halloween, but I like creepy games all year round. On a grid, move your token across a lake while avoiding monsters within your path.

I also enjoy the fact that the main character is tough and not scared Morphing scrolls in all scenes. But if you want to create a game that is less creepy, why on Earth would you choose a topic about a Demon Hunter? I think that's because the game execution is so consistent, all the mini-games and HOPS are integrated into the storyline. The game is long, and I feel the quality of this game is excellent. The hidden object games are interactive straightforward, silhouette and find a certain amount of one item eg: feathers. However, as I progressed in the game and got to the point where the demo ended things really heated up and I was hooked.

  1. I thought the electricity had gone out yet all the cameras are working and recording. For me the game became one that I enjoyed playing and it kept me involved as I moved forward. Always, I prefer the SE games as I am not one for collectibles, awards, etc. The hidden object games are interactive straightforward, silhouette and find a certain amount of one item eg: feathers.
