  1. Even the slight differences in HOS, like finding the pair for the item on the list or finding where the picture on the list should be placed in the scene, were a welcome variance. Completing the puzzle triggers a cutscene. Correctly placed fragments lock into position. The graphics are terrific and the story line is different. Click each ruby so its ray focuses on another ruby to form a triangle C.

  2. Items listed in purple indicate they are hidden in an interactive area. Tremendous job well done by 8 Floor Games! Go through the door on the right. Go down twice and up the stairs to the scales.

  3. Since your grandfather, Abraham, has gone missing, it's now up to you not only to find him, but also to find the missing seals and return them to the Portal, lest Evil be loosed upon the world. Go to the Wine cellar. There are 15 letters from your grandfather hidden throughout the game that give you more insight to the story line. Look at the ground where the horse was standing. Rotate the statuettes until they match the scroll image.

  4. This game was abundant with puzzles. The hint button can also be used in a hidden object scene to locate an item. Go down twice to the Basement. Open the case on the dashboard; take the KEY. Click each of the three mirrors to focus the rays on the painting at the far end B.

  5. Go down three times; go left. The graphics do a great job of capturing the Mediterranean and mixing it with a Renaissance backdrop tinged with the events that take place in the story. Speak to the character. Take the ladle of water and pour it in the glass 3. Green highlights mean the note is in the correct position.

  6. Its worth it, trust me! Another example: there is a scene with live suits of armor. Zoom in on the middle of the grape arbor.
