Date published: Rated 5 out of Collecotrs by maevekelly from Don't be deceived by good looks! Although the hidden object scenes and the puzzles are nothing revolutionary, they are certainly expertly-developed. One down side though task list that keeps popping up, but that said really cant fault World of Zellians. There are morphing objects, puzzle pieces and collectible pictures to find and some of them are rather difficult to perceive. In addition to the standard game mechanics, Crimson Hollow also comes with a magic Skull, Spellarium which you can use to get advice from your father and the Sphere of Time, a useful time-travelling device. Other extras include a strategy guide, wallpapers, screensavers, collectibles, Zumas Revenge, concept art, soundtracks, archives and a Secret Room. Grim Tales delivers yet another killer sequel! This happens to be my favorite of the Grim Tale series! So many times i just say "whaaat??? When Elephant is on it's game there are none better for this type of game. It's really a game made Grm adults in my opinion. It's driving me crazy because I Collecors sure I recognize the game! Game is long, at least to me and Bonus is, as well. The sound excellent although I usually keep the music down quite low. Visually, musically, sound effects, and, for me, of premiere importance, ambient sound, this one was all strong four Collector no complaints of note; Holloe enjoyment and smiles.

Always interesting. I had this demo in my BF game application. Game is long, at least to me and Bonus is, as well. Good maps, good info, graphics, voice. I prefer games that have a good amount of back and forth. This one not only did not disappoint, but I think I may have enjoyed it more than any of the others. The characters and storyline keep me coming back for more. The graphics are their usual great quality. I can't tell you the ending, obviously, because I'll get the boot from Big Fish, but it made me chuckle, nonetheless. Spooky ghosts now and then! One down side though task list that keeps popping up, but that said really cant fault it. I highly recommend it.

Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by twickers9 from Rescue Team 7 of the best grim tales Grim tales Crimson Hollow absolutely brilliant! All in all it was a great game and I commend the Elephant Games for their extremely hard work on this one. See for yourselves! Your niece, Stacy Gray, as well as several other students have disappeared from a boarding school. Grim Talse: delivers yet another killer sequel! The ending in the Bonus Game, as with most games, is choppy--I would have maintained the writer's but the manner in which the ending was done. I enjoyed this much more than I anticipated I would. You did good on Hololw one! Although the hidden object scenes and the Collectorz are nothing revolutionary, they are certainly expertly-developed. Story was good, not the usual kidnapped girl and all black smoking monsters. Good as usual! This is a new twist on the famous story and is, as usual from Elephant, great fun.

I suppose this is to avoid confusion with the Gray family. Loved the morphing objects, Hidden Object Scenes, the works. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by cathiasplace from Loved it! Different names, same dude to me! The ending of the bonus game really makes me wonder what is coming next from this series and I really hope we get to find out. It would've been great if the mini-game challenge level had been at least twice what was but, the HOP's did a good job of making up for this disappointment as they were, while not 'headache causers', difficult enough to be that good kind of fun I look for and enjoy in HOP's. I'm a little tired of skulls and blood, but not once did I get bored playing this game! There are morphing objects, puzzle pieces and collectible pictures to find and some of them are rather difficult to perceive. Crimson Hollow got out attention right from the start with an intriguing opening sequence and a chilling menu screen. It was creepy and had a nice, unexpected twist to it. Story was good, not the usual kidnapped girl and all black smoking monsters. Loved the morphing HOP scenes and the collectibles not always that easy to find and you had to be alert to find all the puzzle pieces. You will enjoy! In this series:. The storyline was very good and it beholding to its name "Grim Tales".

Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by Tahkanne from Excellent game; beginning to end, and then some! Good story. I check my purchase history and it's not there. The use of audio is also excellent in this game; the background music maintains the suspense and the haunting atmosphere of the game very well and the voice-overs are neither overly-dramatic nor too monotone. Auntie Gray is back and is requested to investigate the disappearance of several girls from an exclusive girls school by the mysterious head mistress. I don't like finishing an area and never going back to it again. This happens to be my favorite of the Grim Tale series! I can't tell you the ending, obviously, because I'll get the boot from Big Fish, but it made me chuckle, nonetheless. Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by twickers9 from one of the best grim tales Grim tales Crimson Hollow absolutely brilliant! Visually, musically, sound effects, and, for me, of premiere importance, ambient sound, this one was all strong four star: no complaints of note; just enjoyment and smiles. And then, finally finished and up comes the Bonus Chapter Dear old dad is there in a much younger form to assist her and can be quite contrary, cryptic and devious. Your niece, Stacy Gray, as well as several other students have disappeared from a boarding school. So many times i just say "whaaat???

I played the CE version and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of tasks, collectibles, achievements, even after the Bonus Game, there are things to do. I definitely recommend getting the CE version, the bonus game is needed to tie up loose ends. Always interesting. All in all it was a great game and I commend the Elephant Games for their extremely hard work on this one. I check my purchase history and it's not there. This happens to be my favorite of the Grim Tale series! As it starts out, I'm thinking that I've played it before! Good maps, good info, graphics, voice. But so very pleasing to the eye! The puzzles are not hard nor easy and so far are familiar in style and content.
