The flow of the storyline and gameplay made this a very enjoyable Fables of the Kingdom experience overall. The Mini Games are decent, not too difficult, but mostly variations of Puzzles with tiles. The graphics are weak, the scenery bland and unappealing, and everything looks Sparkle Unleashed same as the last Haunted Train game. All objects are clearly visible. However, this game IS absolutely worth playing, and definitely whisked me away. There are also the usual Achievements to earn, but there doesn't seem to be any unusual awards outside of the normal, make no mistake, use no hint, awards. I would like to see more of it in games to come! STORY - has a consistent flow and an edge of creating interest, that keeps me Haunted Train: Clashing Worlds Collectors Edition to play more and find out more. There are decent features in the Collector's Edition, not "wow" features, but enough substance to convince me to give the game 3 stars instead of 2. And without a doubt, I recommend this game. Pleasant, appropriate and atmospheric. We get to roam around puddle strewn cobbles, with wisps of fog trailing our footsteps, townsquares with towering architecture of magnificence in Europe, train stations covered in shiny granite flooring, industrial-age architechture and endless spaciousness. More please?!! The voiceovers were excellent. There are junk pile HOPs, many of them require interactions to complete and are puzzles in themselves.

Not much of a challenge unless you enjoy flitting back and forth finding things just to find things. I like that. Try it out and see for yourselves! Very nice graphics, sound and voice. I wish there could have been a Match 3 game or some other option, but I guess only CEs offer those from time to time. Discuss with other players! It seems that once a new storyline is presented, for example, Alice in Shadowland, everyone hops on the band wagon and presents the same "shadowland" plot. Case in point: I released the evil spirit from the conductor and he should have gradually come out of his stupor, but instead he had the appearance of someone with a fake smile, greeting his guests at the door. More please?!! You also have an interactive map that is present at the beginning of the game. This is the first game in a long time that I've enjoyed playing and wanted to write a review on. Each scene in the CE, has a collectible Hidden Omega Sign, apparently because the name of the planet that is involved in the supernatural rift is Omega. For an SE game, it played out like a CE without the morphing objects and collectibles and everything else a CE may offer. Please note that we can't help you out if you write about it in your post. A rift between time and space has occurred in Amsterdam and Charon sees Olivia and the Amsterdam Museum in flames.

I'm nearing the end of it. Where's the new Sparkle 2 folks? The Haunted Train has come to a screeching halt in Amsterdam where several dimensional Rifts have opened throughout the city, claiming the lives of innocent people. All objects are clearly visible. Well done, devs!

Too aggravating. Daniel wastes no time getting to work, closing the rifts, using Charon's Amulet of Eternal Tranquility, to clear a path to the museum to save his beloved, before the rifts consume everything, and everyone! The Hidden Object Scenes are typical, with no pizazz, just been there, done that puzzles to solve. I love this game and am enjoying it even more than I did the previous game in the series, Frozen in Time. I purchased this game in the CE because I own the other two and I was hoping it was just a glitch in the demo or that I was having a bad day when I played it. Evil factor, it kept me engrossed. Bad rhymes and mispronounced words in a song, moreover a song you can't really skip, at least the first time, without missing the backstory - that I'm not tolerant of. No wonder. Please note that we can't help you out if you write about it in your post. I for one, am tired of this storyline. Then there are the mini-games or puzzles that are different and very good. Then we have a story that seems to start in the middle. This isn't a game for relaxation, but will give your brain a good work out or if you LOVE puzzles. It was the selection of cutscenes shown that made me give it a go.

If you want to know anything about the game's storyline, well, it's right there in the lyrics, folks. Each scene in the CE, has a collectible Hidden Omega Sign, apparently because the name of the planet that is involved in the supernatural rift is Omega. I know Charon is the ferryman of the dead in Greek mythology. Devs, great idea, and I for one, enjoyed the singing. Professor Alazar of Omega University in Shadowland has devised a plan where he will open a rift that will allow the beings in Shadowland to cross and inhabit the lives of people living on Earth — this time the rift is in Amsterdam. Some might feel that the game is HOP heavy but I love the genre — always have, and probably always will. You also have an interactive map that is present at the beginning of the game. Date published: Rated 4 out of 5 by Italia47 from This game has a lot of potential, redundant at times, but rather good! Write a post! You, playing the game as Daniel will help Charon save Olivia but when Charon is captured it looks like you are on your own. Don't get excited, it's not a song you'll be humming spontaneously, but it's an extra not commonly seen in most HO games. The amulet can help you heal the rifts that you encounter and put a stop to their destructive power. Then I discovered that the "secret pearls" are given for finding morphing objects. Case in point: I released the evil spirit from the conductor and he should have gradually come out of his stupor, but instead he had the appearance of someone with a fake smile, greeting his guests at the door. The flow of the storyline and gameplay made this a very enjoyable gaming experience overall.

Haunted Train: Clashing Worlds Collectors Edition - Bonus Chapter - Part 1

Not scary or disturbing either. When there are a few items in your inventory, which doesn't exceed a certain amount, your left and right arrows are gone. If so, how can they be in danger? Some, but not many are blended into the scenery nicely. There are not a whole lot of them you can elect to review then from the menu page , but every one is first rate. No wonder. Do you have an issue with your game? Well done, devs! Pleasant, appropriate and atmospheric. Haunted Train is another shadowland themed game, another world domination and destruction game, another game with cloaked bad guys wearing masks with beaks that were worn by doctors during the plague. Try it out and see for yourselves! I can't recommend this game especially when compared to others in this series I have played. Be the first to write a forum post about this game! All objects are clearly visible. The Haunted Train has come to a screeching halt in Amsterdam where several dimensional Rifts have opened throughout the city, claiming the lives of innocent people.

  2. It was a fantastic game, and the second game was just as inspiring. Again, in the CE version, each of the scenes have a Morphing Pearl to discover, and the pearls are very well hidden in my opinion, as from what I can remember, the cursor doesn't change to say "here I am" either. As creative as the tasks were I felt parts of the game seemed more 20th century than 21st.
