Fear for Sale: The Dusk Wanderer

EleFun Games proudly presents the newest addition to the Fear For Sale series! It's been 40 years since a young couple disappeared in the European countryside. The case went cold until the missing woman was seen in her childhood home having seemingly not aged a day! What starts as a normal investigation quickly takes a dark turn as dark spirits try to stand in your way. Can you uncover what happened to the couple, or will you get lost in a labyrinth of mystery and deceit? Find out in this thrilling hidden-object puzzle adventure!

However, its execution rather bewilderes me. I was ready to move on to something else by the end because the plot is boring, but I did enjoy the bonus chapter challenges. The strange thing is that Veronica saw Helen in the boarded up house that was her family home — one that is soon to be demolished. Background information is cleverly integrated. The puzzles are easy but they are still fun. The hidden object scenes are in the same vein as those in the recent games by Elefun; satisfyingly creative. I think the few times there is a bit of mistiness in the scenes it is probably intentional, perhaps to emphasize the storyline. The storyline in this latest sequel is nothing to be hyped up for, just another recycled plot about missing people with some paranormal factors thrown in. Puzzle, Hoses …but increasing difficulty during the game. The Mini Games are entertaining, some are super simple, others a little more intense, but all seem to be doable. Really guys? Even though I love this game, please try the demo to see if this is a game you will enjoy. Story is o. What I particularly enjoy about the puzzles is that they fit well into the storyline. Some nice gimmicks along the game, click and enjoy.

The Mini Games are entertaining, some are super simple, others a little more intense, but all seem to be doable. The mini-games were very good actually, not hard but tedious and some of them required patience as usual. Story not the most exciting and logical one, but o. I liked the character's confidence and courage, too. Slightly boring though. There were several times that I thought I had finished, only to find there was another level. One of the features I have always loved in Fear For Sale is that they always seem to have top notch crystal clear computer generated graphics, they just didn't impress me this time. Can't wait for another Elefun game to come out. Therefore, I recommend this game and hope fellow gamers can experience this Good game! The game ran smoothly except for the untenable lag time. The plot, though nothing new or surprising, wouldn't be bad: an old jealousy, a mistake which eventually drives three restless spirits to haunt the Larsen's house and the Carmer estate. Good length overall, by which I mean not too short.

There were a few too many cut scenes; needless to say, they were well-done. Edgar's sister Veronica Johnson, fears she might be losing her mind, because she just took a picture of Helen peeking out of a window from her family's home, which has been abandoned and boarded up for years! Nonetheless, The Dusk Wanderer delivers it in a fairly interesting and suspenseful way. This game has both challenging and annoying aspects, luckily more of the former Hero of the Kingdom III the latter. Really guys? Another awesome Fear for Sale adventure. My goal is always to avoid using skip, but a few random action situations are Braveland Pirate annoying than challenging. Thanks to the developers for the effort that they put in creating this - Improvements definitely were noticed. The game ran smoothly except for the untenable lag time. However, I can't recall to have greatly noticed them within the 2 Tasty for HOPs, Arkhipov particularly used music from previous games. Though the graphics were somewhat muted now and then, the color palette was very good. Still this silly laugh, which is supposed to be devilish. Fear for Sale: The Dusk Wanderer gave us a good 4-hour playtime to enjoy, plus another hour for the equally-solid bonus chapter.

Bad stuff: The mini-games were not particularly challenging. Disturbingly, Helen looks not a day older than in MiniGames: Most of them pretty easy: e. Veronica was so surprised that she took a picture and sure enough it is Helen. I was ready to move on to something else by the end because the plot is boring, but I did enjoy the bonus chapter challenges. Thanks to the developers for the effort that they put in creating this - Improvements definitely were noticed. Delve into this terrific new Fear for Sale game and see if you can find the answer to the questions so that Veronica can finally find out what happened to her brother. Puzzle, Hoses …but increasing difficulty during the game. There are also several smaller zoom zone HOP's as well as the one's requiring you to find a handful of fragments or parts scattered around the entire scene. The fear for sale games are more a thrilling slightly spooky adventure. The game must have been named after its conditions of illumination. It's a pity, because if Elefun sharpened up the graphics, removed the lag time and gave us some puzzles that weren't only rotational, the gameplay would have been enjoyable.

Tasks were regularly updated and there was a back button. The only thing that I didn't like was that you play as a female character, I'm a guy but I'm comfortable in my masculinity so it's not a big deal. Still this silly laugh, which is supposed to be devilish. That is annoying and misleading. Now Veronica claims to have seen Helen through the window of her old house — and she even took a picture. I played this in one day, I couldn't wait to see Sparkle Unleashed happened!!! Emma has her hands full with this, now Mahjongg Artifacts see it, now you don't case, but all roads seem to lead to Helen's friend, Ben Carmer, who just so happens to be the last person to see Sparkle 2 couple before they disappeared without a trace Each location featured a handful of tasks to be completed, some solutions can also be quite unconventional.

The game ran smoothly except for the untenable lag time. Neat concept - although there is nowhere a wanderer. Your tools include an interactive map that you find early in the game. I have only encountered one that slowed me down a bit but even that one was entertaining. Over the years you have gained quite a reputation and now you are off and running to solve another paranormal mystery. It's just not fair. Such a pity if Elefun now would join those devs which were once brilliant, but unfortunately started to produce rehash and cookie-cutter games. Fear For Sale has always been a hit or miss type of game, it's either really awesome, or kind of a dud, but I have only two complaints with The Dusk Wanderer. Somehow this investigation will lead Ben and Emma into an adventure partially orchestrated long ago by Ben's dad, Adam. Since I always purchase the CE of a game, I am not sure how much they change when the SE is released but The Dusk Wanderer has a lot of entertainment to offer regardless of which version you choose. Thanks to the developers for the effort that they put in creating this - Improvements definitely were noticed. I definitely rate this game 4 stars.

  1. It's just not fair. Emma always seemed optimistic when situations got real serious. I played this in one day, I couldn't wait to see what happened!!! It should have been granted a bit more time to finish and smooth out. Mostly I found the story took a twist that I haven't come across before and I enjoyed the game play and solving the mystery.

  2. The Fear for Sale games are ones that I almost always love and they come from a developer who I consider to be one of the best, with games that are always top-notch. Really guys? I was ready to move on to something else by the end because the plot is boring, but I did enjoy the bonus chapter challenges. When it's solved - pouf — Helen and Edgar vanish, like they disappeared 40 years ago.

  3. This game ties with 13 Keys for my favorite Fear for Sales games, I'll give a slight edge to 13 Keys. The Fear For Sale series has its ups and downs; some installments were fantastic, while some were sub-par — The Dusk Wanderer leans more toward the first category. I enjoyed their Witches Legacy games more because almost everything you touched in those games did something, and they are a lot more whimsical. You certainly never hear soundtracks as exciting as these somewhere else at BF. Helen hasn't changed in the least bit, Helen, hasn't aged in over 40 years!

  4. As you earn these points, you will progress in rank status starting as a Cub Reporter then advance to Reporter, Investigative Journalist and so forth for a total of 8 rankings. I really liked this game! Good length overall, by which I mean not too short. Nonetheless, The Dusk Wanderer delivers it in a fairly interesting and suspenseful way. I definitely rate this game 4 stars.
