The game board is presented in an orthogonal viewpoint, and cubes may be "shot" onto the board from the two nearest sides of the board. While I was happy to get to play with the cubes again, and I like the new types of cubes, obstacles, and powerups, I didn't find it as challenging. Cubis Kingdoms is a fantastic 3D Match 3 game that requires strategy to win. I suppose I could play this game with if I had to, but it's not what I was looking for. I'm going to purchase it when or if becomes SE. Arrived at level 20 and it seems they are all alike. Took me a while to work out how to exit it though!

So much fun!!! I don't know why the developers changed, but they have successfully combined some new features, without ditching the standard favorites. Ideally, I'd like neither of those restrictions in the game. However, I found the game to be fun enough and fresh enough that I enjoyed it despite the lack of those elements - hence, the 5-star rating. Try it now and restore the Kingdom to its resplendent glory. Date published: All in all a good game, but please put in an 'unlimited' option. This one not so much, especially when I came to the part to hit the sleeping cat. I suppose I could play this game with if I had to, but it's not what I was looking for. The goal is to make a specific number of matches of specific colored cubes as shown, within a specific amount of moves. Try as I might I found it hard with this game to complete many of the levels within the moves allocated - but then that's just me. Date published: Rated 3 out of 5 by Symeezcatzlady from Not Just for Kids I really like the Cubis games and found this one Cubis Kingdoms be fun and challenging. The only complaints I had were the fact that there was no "untimed" mode and no fullscreen mode. The goal is to make a specific number of matches of specific colored cubes as shown, within a specific amount of moves. Cute, fun, addictive and challenging. Now I have read what others are saying about the previous cubis games and respect that but I so hate having a timer. Cubis fans will recognize the famously unique, three dimensional gameplay, but with a whole new twist. I hate hogs yet many love hogs. Sure 50 bonus levels are a plus, but other than Wallpapers, Concept Art, Music, and Avatar pictures, nothing is offered that constitutes paying double the price, so I will wait patiently for the Big Bang West Edition version to be released. Throughout the Level Map, there are Phoenix Icons, that will awaken by turning Orange once you have acquired enough Elements.

Enjoy cubis but this is way fun. Once you have met the level goals, you can continue to make matches to clear the entire board, if you have enough moves remaining to do so. As you progress, however, Power-Ups are added such as Lightning Cubes, which will remove all cubes of the same color, once included within a match, Phoenix Eggs,Cube blasting Ermines, Turtle Shells to fill holes, and Raven Fire. The rewards are endless in this game! It's a fun combination of a bubble shooter and a match 3 rolled into one - definitely a unique approach to the match 3 genre. But I think I might buy this one. If those two elements had been present, I would have declared it to be the perfect match 3 game. Deleted immediately. Date published: The puzzles get more challenging as you go up in level but I enjoy the challenge, playing until my fingers bleed just kidding. No problem! If you clear all cubes from the board, you will earn a bottle of the Elixir of Life.

I might use a game credit to purchase this game, but will not be buying the CE. When my challenge button is pushed again, I Kibgdoms go back to those prior levels to get a better score. Being someone with health problems timers are not for me which is why Zumas Revenge did not like Fairyland Match previous cubis games as I like to take my time and think about my moves which you can with this. On more than one occasion I have cleared a level only to have it yield 2 stars, and act as it did not finish. I was just in the mood for it and couldn't stop playing. I Cubis Kingdoms rarely do a game review, but just had to say how much I really love this game. The more you play, the Cubis Kingdoms you need strategy.

This is a Limited Moves type of Match 3 game that you play on a checkerboard, by shooting 3D cubes of 7 different colors, representing the 7 Elements. Deleted immediately. The gameplay is easy to figure out, but not so easy to master, especially when obstacles are added that can't be moved, such as Stone Blocks, Cats, Frost, Tar, Holes, and Portals! If I can't clear the board, get more than two stars, or just hit my frustration level, I move on to the next level. There is a CUTE cartoon sequence at the beginning, and I could forgive that, but I liked the original Cubis and Cubis Gold because they were nice quiet games that I could lose myself in. I'm going to purchase it when or if becomes SE. Blocking stones can be removed by shooting a phoenix egg power-up along their row or column. In Cubis Kingdoms Collector's Edition, the end of the level is only the beginning of the fun. I hate hogs yet many love hogs. 1. I'd much rather go up against a timer. Even the soundtrack is lovely, which is unusual for a puzzle game. Arrived at level 20 and it seems they are all alike. The goal is to make a specific number of matches of specific colored cubes as shown, within a specific amount of moves.

  2. While I was happy to get to play with the cubes again, and I like the new types of cubes, obstacles, and powerups, I didn't find it as challenging. Collect elements. If you clear all cubes from the board, you will earn a bottle of the Elixir of Life. Hitting a single cube will move it one space in its row or column; double or more cubes together will not move.

  3. The rewards are endless in this game! I love that I have to plan my moves carefully, so I don't get stacks and stacks of cubes filling up the board, until I run out of moves! Cubis Kingdoms wants me to stop playing with cubes and think about numbers of this or that cube, and watch cartoon sequences. I suppose I could play this game with if I had to, but it's not what I was looking for. Always announces count met, and then keeps running when board has been cleared with moves left over.

  4. With this you really have to use your brain to clear the board. IT IS! The game board is presented in an orthogonal viewpoint, and cubes may be "shot" onto the board from the two nearest sides of the board. My fear is that in the higher levels, it will be so difficult to obtain the somewhat elusive vials that I will give up on playing the game. Even the soundtrack is lovely, which is unusual for a puzzle game.

  5. Love the Cubis adventure! The only complaints I had were the fact that there was no "untimed" mode and no fullscreen mode. Beyond that it is a fun match 3. I decided to buy this now instead of wait as I enjoyed it so much Date published: Rated 5 out of 5 by kim from Different It's different. You can earn up to 3 Stars per level, and any level can be replayed.
