It just isn't much of a game to me. Tradewinds Classic heart-pounding music and the creepy ambient sounds also help increase the suspense of the game. This game was the same; however, my favorite part has been the dwarf. I enjoyed the game very much! I recommend this game. If you prefer the CE version of games the Haunted Legends: Monstrous Alchemy has collectibles, artifacts and morphing objects to be found. You have an interactive, transporter type map to help you move quickly between locales. The last few games in this never-ending series were dull and uninspiring with the exception of The Cursed Gift which was prior to Monstrous Alchemy. I can only recommend it if you are a fan of the series or just need to fill time. I always love the Egyptian themed graphics, and the storyline that goes with it. Mini games are horrid either annoying, repetitive or more than one part…old, tired repeats. I personally didn't miss him lol The game was not too easy it did have some challenges but it wasn't overly taxing it was hard enough to be fun, easy enough to bring relaxing enjoyment. That is exactly why some devs continue to spew out one identical game after the other, giving birth to the Cookie Cutter games we have today.

  4. Music: Fits the game just right. Puzzles and HOs were good. This leads to easy gameplay and predictable paths of actions. The HOGs were okay, no complaint there, but the mini games were only 3 types really.

  5. A couple others, go through the catacombs, steer a ship, match the symbols, those are okay. You truly do go on a nice little adventure. But if you want an easy, funny game then this game is perfect for you.

  6. Because they bother to try, I will bother to notice. I'd much rather see a developer try something that doesn't work or isn't liked than to try nothing at all! Of more consequence was the mismatched to the storyline, at one time they say that there is one more apple, but you know darn well there are two. Graphics are average, voice overs mostly alright except for Fontainebleau and Pascal they were horrible, hire better voice actors.
