The popular Northern Tale series continues! Peaceful life in the north was over with the attack of Hesta's henchmen. Vikings fought bravely and pushed the enemies back. The battle against the hordes of evil spirits lasted three days and three nights. The enemies were strong, but they were confronted by the courage of the heroes. Ragnar must return to Earth from Valhalla to protect his people again!

There are the familiar elements like the resources, sound effects and game modes but the entire framework has been beautifully updated and refreshed. I just love it. The workers are a bit slow at first but as they gain experience they are 'promoted' and get faster. There are extras, like wallpapers and "rewards" or achievements, if you will. Difficulty level is there. This game has all the bits you loved from the last four Northern Tales; from the brilliant music, to the scratching wolves: it's all here. There are unlimited workers in the game and you Mahjong Christmas 2 need that to be so as there are continual tasks and collections in order to meet the goals. The workers are a bit slow at Northerm but as they gain experience they are 'promoted' and get faster. The game play is fun, every level is different and the graphics are high quality and sharp. Try the demo and see how you go. There are hidden treasure chests to find on each level, and honestly I am so busy with the gameplay I often forget to look. Date published: Glad to see one so I will be buying. I love it even though I didn't get 3 stars on most of the levels. The only thing Vagrant Hearts 2 have found surprising is that there isn't a typical walkthrough like most Collector Noryhern have. The graphics have been slightly "updated", but are LandGrabbers much the same. This one is a winner and I got it with a discount!

Quests are easy to understand but may not end when it pleases you. Definitely a game you have to play more than once. New feature: hidden objects concealed in the scenes and they are tough! A good sale will probably decide it for you lol. As in most resource TM's there are roads to clear, bridges to build, animals to shoo away and specific buildings for your production resources and your workers, shamans healers and magic and hunters. Please make sure a strategy guide is included in these Collectors Edition games. I love the humor in this and as JoyBelle says although it starts off slow once you upgrade your workers experience they get faster. And it is better then ever, quite challenging if you want to get all three stars in every level still working on it , the secrets are not that easy to find and I really enjoy it. A strategy guide would have been nice but this series doesn't have them even in the CE version. Sometimes you will be asked to Editoon a certain number of resources as a goal in addition to your usual tasks, or perhaps to build a festival site, or perform a ritual, all Mystic Gateways: The Celestial Quest some of your rather novel 'stone coins' I don't usually like 'same games' but with this really top quality series and totally different setting I cant object. Just wanted to add a request. More like this please! This one is a winner and I got it with a discount! Battle Slots games are few and far between these days!

This time its a caveman theme. This is an amazing game! You only have to collect them for your achievements and score really, they don't hold up your game progress if you forget in your haste to finish the level. More like this please! Well done! A strategy guide would have been nice but this series doesn't have them even in the CE version. Love it! I'm basing this assumption on the previous Northern Tales. Hidden caches add to the challenge and are very difficult to find.

Because there is a relax, normal and expert mode there is something for everyone here including a very humorous storyline and dialogue. More like this please! The game is straightforward, you clear, collect and achieve goals, all the while trying to find time to look for those very!

There are multiple orders in which you can do things, but only through trial and error will you discover the right one.   4. I am only on level 5, but I am really enjoying it. This is an amazing game! The only thing I have found surprising is that there isn't a typical walkthrough like most Collector Edition's have. As I saw that there were three levels with the title "Roads of Rome" I was so excited. The graphics are beautiful and as always there are fun factoids about Vikings in between levels.

  6. I think it is a great game as far as novelty, strategy,speed, humour and level variety are concerned. If you go back to get them you must totally repeat the level and they will be in a different place too. Quests are easy to understand but may not end when it pleases you.

  7. It is exactly the same gameplay as the others in the series, build houses and production buildings, keep the houses fed, and healthy and don't forget to collect the taxes to do so. But nevertheless I strongly recommend Northern Tales 5, it is a lot of fun to play and sometimes quite challenging.   8. Please make sure a strategy guide is included in these Collectors Edition games. Even though its something of a repeat, I like that its a game that includes building as well as road clearing. A challenge to keep the beloved Viking theme but make it modern and interesting was achieved.
